Page 54 SMS Strike Study It is vital that practitioners experience three things that involve contact. Contact 1: Hit something hard to feel true resistance and build goal-specific muscle. Contact 2: Hit something on the move held by a trainer to develop targeting skills. Contact 3: Hit back! The enemy can strike back.
