It wasn’t accomplishing anything because when I went there I couldn’t tell her all of my problems and how I was feeling. So, I don’t feel like I was being diagnosed right because, I didn’t give her everything that I had to put together so she could diagnose me properly. I tried to talk to the doctor, but she just flagged me off. She was like just give her this and that and then she was off on her way. If she would have listened to everything that I said and then treated me as such and not just got part of it then she wouldn’t have treated just what she thought was the problem.

I really didn’t appreciate the way she treated her. She was trying to tell her she wasn’t the one who turned it off and she didn’t know how it happened, but the doctor wouldn’t listen to her, she just kept running her mouth and fussing and it made me upset even with the doctor because she didn’t listen to the nurse and I thought that wasn’t professional either. I thought she was really harsh SEVEN STORIES 29 with the young lady. It made me very upset and I felt sorry for the staff. It would have been easy to handle this situation in a more professional manner by taking the nurse in the office or pulling her aside and talking with her and getting a true understanding.
